Now its official, Millennium Series cuts Turkey and adjusts entry and sponsor fees to reflect having one event less. With even PSP doing only 4 events its about time MS woke up to the reality and cut its weekest event. Hopefully we might now have more teams able to attend in locked divisions but with just one month away from first event it remains to be seen. 2010 NPPL Super 7 Dates and Venues
NPPL published on monday dates and venues for next season along with some of their plans and possible changes for 2010.
.50 Cal on Millennium Fields in 2010?
In View from the Deadbox: 50 Cal Update for Mr. Curious, Baca Loco posts up information that he has received from Frederick Rodrigues – someone close to Laurent Hamet. According to Frederick’s information, the .50 cal “revolution” has been strogly pushed to the French market by Hamet’s (?) distribution company ProFusion and the prices would be 50% cheaper than the .68 current prices. That is starting to seem like a tempting offer already. Hamet had also claimed that the Millennium Series is very likely allowing both .50 cal and .68 caliber balls on the fields for the 2010 season.
NPPL 2010 Huntington Beach
Looks like Huntington Beach is back for next year. Good to see also that USPL starts to use their more known NPPL brand name for events also.
Going to be interesting to see witch teams invest for 7-man next year. Hopefully they can bring back the reffing stanards also that NPPL was once in a time well known for.

Antalya pre-tournament report with pics!
The First guys from Cyclone arrived at the Antalya airport on wednesday evening, continuing with a pre-aranged taxi to the south of Kemer, where the venue is located. Upon arrival to the hotel we met a very nice Russian photographer, and we had a pleasant time getting to know each other in the traditional slavic hospitality..

Millennium Malaga Summary
In windy Malaga we only got to play two games before the tournament was cancelled and games transferred to be played in Germany. Helsinki Cyclone proved to have been on the right track during the winter season, as the players tolerated the heat and were able to play on normal performance levels.

Loppuyhteenvetona sanottakoon että Cyclone VDO:n kausi meni alkukankeudesta huolimatta kokonaisuutena paremmin kuin hyvin ja loppujen lopuksi kakkosdivarin kirkkain pysti löysi tiensä allekirjoittaneen olohuoneeseen.
