Hope for JT Sports?

Following up on the post about JT Sports’ financial difficulties, there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel after all. According to View From the Deadbox, KEE Action Sports will be announcing news regarding JT Sports. It seems that KEE has agreed to partner up with the troubled manufacturer, and we will later see what the future holds for JT. An interesting point is to see will this hope extend also to the to-be-closed-down Neosho plant and JT ball manufacturing in general. The internet also reports that the official statement will be out next Monday, February 1st 2010.

DLX Technologies’ saga continues

Darryl Trent from DLX technologies has posted a press release on propaintball.com with information on the season 2010 and DLX Technology / Luxe markers. The short press release has two significant implications. First, it is the first (?) to officially admit that Smart Parts is restructuring with a financial institution in play. The second key point is that the DLX seems to be the cash-cow for SP and possibly be the last to be cut if necessary – or that is at least the tone of the release.
