As flight got canceled trough most of Europe allot of teams and players missed Malaga. CPL team Chilli Peppers had their connecting flight trough Copenhagen where they got stuck when air space closed down. Chilli Peppers decided no matter what to get to Malaga if they just wouldn’t have to do it by walking.
With no rental cars or train tickets available to get out from Denmark Chillies decided to hire a bus and get on a ferry and drive to Berlin. When Chillies arrived to Berlin airport they found out it closed down also, tough luck. Oh well when you already had that bus and paid $$$$ day time to drive to next airport and try your luck. From Berlin journey continued to Munchen where Chilli Peppers managed to get on flight to Malaga with Munchen closing down 30min after their takeoff. After sleeping Friday night in Malaga Chilli Peppers woke in the morning into an thunder storm and some heavy rain with no clue if they will be able to play any games after spending a small fortune to get here. Chilli Peppers pulled all stops to just play one game on Sunday.
Hopefully Millennium Series shows the same commitment to the teams this season as what Cilli Peppers and all the others have shown for MS. As for 2010 and Malaga we cant really blame this time MS as there where so many factors working against for Malaga to work. This time MS also put alot more effort to fixing all the obstacles that arise.
