In windy Malaga we only got to play two games before the tournament was cancelled and games transferred to be played in Germany. Helsinki Cyclone proved to have been on the right track during the winter season, as the players tolerated the heat and were able to play on normal performance levels.

A lot was done in preparation for this tournament, and to us it was a true shame that the games could not be played up to the finish. Nonetheless, We could tell that both the mental and physical preparations had succeeded, and the team was extremely focused. A great start on our side.
